Role Description
The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Bangalore Urban district.



This role involves handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt, accurate, and courteous responses. The specialist will guide customers through NoBroker’s services, assist with issue resolution, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up on open cases, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer experience. The role also requires adherence to established service standards, clear communication of policies, and proactive identification of opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
