Role Description
The Sales Support Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bijnor. This role involves assisting the sales team with lead management, preparing and updating sales reports, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. The associate will respond to client inquiries,



ensure timely resolution of issues, and support the sales process by providing accurate information and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining customer records, tracking sales performance, collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
