About the Role

The individual will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, autonomous agentic AI solutions within production environments, working across multi-agent frameworks and orchestrating large language models. The position is for scalable applied AI, with a focus on delivering robust and fair agentic systems that deliver organizational value, autonomy, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deploy scalable multi-agent systems, optimizing LLM coordination, memory management, and reliable tool-calling interfaces.
- Build and maintain production-grade LLM workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and ADK, optimizing for latency, cost, and inference accuracy.
- Integrate agentic workflows into our core application to automate complex financial analysis and intelligent decision-support features.
- Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks
