Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Analyst to support and maintain the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and day-to-day platform support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Assist in platform configuration and customization
- Create reports, dashboards, and catalog items
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions
- Coordinate with developers and business users
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of ServiceNow experience
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification – Mandatory
- Positive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow configuration and JavaScript
- Telecom domain experience is preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
