Commodity Manager
with a strong background in
food commodity procurement

vendor development

strategic sourcing
and
supply chain management

? Hands-on experience in sourcing
food commodities (preferably dry fruits)

? Robust negotiation and vendor management skills

? Ability to track commodity markets, optimize procurement costs, and ensure quality standards

? Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis

? Willingness to travel extensively to supplier locations, factories, and commodity markets
