Role Overview

This is not just a social media management role. We are looking for someone who can research trends, generate fresh content ideas, confidently appear in front of the camera, and create content that attracts, educates, and converts potential homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and community interactions.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements.

Content Creation
- Develop original content ideas aligned with current market trends.
- Research viral content formats and adapt them for the real estate industry.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling content.
- Create educational, entertaining, and promotional content.




- Appear confidently in front of the camera for videos, project updates, interviews, and promotional content.
- Conduct client testimonials and employee interviews.
- Shoot short-form content, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and behind-the-scenes videos.

Market Research
- Analyze competitor social media pages and campaigns.
- Study current real estate marketing trends.
- Research trending audio, hashtags, and content formats.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
- Bring fresh campaign ideas every month.

Creative Planning
- Prepare monthly content calendars.
- Suggest campaign themes for project launches and festivals.
- Plan promotional activities around key events.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points and create relevant content.

Creative Strategy
- Brainstorm new advertising concepts.
- Suggest new Meta and Google ad creative ideas.
