Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Guest Experience

1. Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, vendors, and employees.
2. Greet and welcome visitors warmly, professionally, and courteously.
3. Ensure every visitor receives a smooth and positive arrival experience.
- Call & Email Management

1.



Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
2. Screen and direct calls to the appropriate teams or individuals.
3. Take accurate messages and respond to routine enquiries in a timely manner.
- Visitor & Security Coordination

1. Maintain an accurate visitor register and issue visitor passes as required.
2. Coordinate with building security at Prestige Tech Cloud Park to ensure seamless visitor access.
3. Follow visitor-management and security protocols at all times.
- Guest Hospitality & Meeting Support

1. Inform host teams promptly upon visitor arrival.
2. Guide guests to meeting rooms and assist with basic meeting arrangements.
3. Coordinate refreshments and hospitality requirements where needed.
- Reception Area Management

1. Keep the reception and front-office area clean, organized, and presentable.
