Role Description
The International Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with international clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Day-to-day activities include coordinating project requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, monitoring contract performance,



and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role involves regular communication with overseas clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings, as well as close collaboration with internal teams such as operations, finance, and project management. The International Account Manager will track key account metrics, address client issues proactively, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and support compliance with company policies and international business standards.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including account servicing, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on deliverables.
- Business development capabilities, with experience in international markets, proposal preparation, and negotiation of commercial terms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
