Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and presentable Guest Relation Executive to be the face of Krisala Developers and deliver exceptional experiences to all visitors, customers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome, managing front office operations, coordinating customer interactions,



and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality across our sales offices and experience centers.

Roles & Responsibilities
–
- Welcome and assist all walk-in customers, channel partners, and visitors in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor registrations, call handling, and appointment coordination.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain visitor records, daily footfall reports, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure reception and customer-facing areas are well-maintained and aligned with the company's hospitality standards.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly while escalating issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
- Support events, project launches, and customer engagement activities at sales galleries and experience centers.
