About the Role

Lenskart is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead People Excellence to lead and manage the People Excellence team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in team leadership, people management, and process excellence. This role requires an individual who can drive operational efficiency, mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of People Excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the People Excellence team to achieve departmental goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Drive team performance by setting explicit objectives, monitoring KPIs, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll,



and other business teams to ensure seamless execution of People Excellence initiatives.
- Manage team workload, resource planning, and task allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, mentoring, and career development discussions.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and stakeholder management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Team Leading, People Management, or Operations Management.
