### **Duties & Responsibilities** * **Patient Care:** Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support. * **Health Monitoring:** Check and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and blood glucose levels). * **Medication Administration:** Ensure timely intake of prescribed oral medications; assist with basic wound care or injections (for qualified nursing staff). * **Dietary Support:** Help prepare or serve nutritious meals according to the patient’s medical diet. * **Reporting:** Maintain a daily log of the patient’s health condition to share with family members. * **Emergency Response:** Act quickly and responsibly in case of a medical emergency, following basic first-aid protocols. ### **Requirements & Qualifications** * **Education:** B.Sc Nursing, GNM, ANM, or a certified Home Care/Caretaker training course is highly preferre
