Role Description
The Field Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. This position involves coordinating field activities, mobilizing waste picker communities, and supporting the implementation of programs focused on livelihoods, education, health, and social inclusion and facilitate access to government welfare schemes.



The Field Coordinator will conduct regular field visits, organize meetings and trainings, collect and document data, and prepare reports on project progress. The role includes close collaboration with community leaders, partner organizations, Government departments, and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Strong community mobilization and field coordination skills, with experience working with marginalized groups such as Dalits, Adivasis, and informal workers.
- Competence in data collection, documentation, and basic reporting, including maintaining accurate records of field activities and outcomes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, trainings, and discussions in a transparent and inclusive manner.
- Minimum 2 Years of NGO experience
