Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Surat. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote BMW vehicles and services, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing local marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional advertising, coordinating events and promotions, and tracking campaign performance.



The role involves close collaboration with sales and service teams, managing relationships with external agencies and vendors, and preparing regular reports on marketing results and market trends. The Marketing Manager will also ensure alignment with BMW India’s brand guidelines and support initiatives that enhance customer engagement and dealership visibility in Surat and the broader South Gujarat region.

Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management in automotive or a related industry.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media management, online advertising, and basic analytics.
- Ability to manage events, promotions, and local partnerships to drive showroom traffic and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and reporting on marketing performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
