Role & responsibilities

1. New Project Cost Calculation Estimation

a. Compile and evaluate cost of recent Project

b. Followups on Input data for project related from cross functional teams (CFT) like S&M;,PU,PA&PE.;

c. Drive implementation and monitor sustainability of cost-saving initiatives

2. Cross-Functional Coordination: a.Collaborate with different units to identify and collect CR ideas b.Work closely with Production Units (PU) and Sales & Marketing (S&M;) teams to drive cost efficiency initiatives c. Ensure alignment of cost-saving goals across departments

3. Cost Saving Initiatives (PU & S&M;): a.Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in production and commercial functions b.Monitor performance and effectiveness of initiatives c. Provide periodic reporting and insights to management

Validations of Drawings & RFQ's

5. Database Management -Sale, BOP, Cost bench marking, VA/VE Analysis

Preferred candidate profile

1. RFQ working for new projects.

2. Working under MS excel and power point.

3. Understanding the Various manufacturing process & its tooling like Sheet Metal ,Die Casting ,Injection Moulding & Assembly

4. Working knowledge of oracle ERP working.

5. Knowledge on Drawing Reading & Interpretation .

6.Knowledge of Commecial Parameters like Direct Cost (RM ,BOP ,Power & Labour ,Pack & Freight etc ) & Indirect Cost (Overhead ,Plant Admin & SGA )
