As IT for Global Drug Development (GDD), Manager-AI with Full Stack Development would be based out of our BMS Hyderabad you are part of the GDD data team that delivers automated solutions leveraging Generative AI, Data Science and analytics capabilities for Drug Development Document Generation.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing Developing Python applications in a Data intensive workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, implement, and fine-tune LLM-based solutions using Claude and other frontier models
- Build and manage prompt engineering pipelines, including system prompts, chain-of-thought frameworks, and few-shot examples.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React. js
- Develop intuitive AI-powered dashboards, chat interfaces, and data visualization components
- Customize and optimize model implementations through Constitutional AI techniques and advanced API integrations.
- Evaluate model performance, run A/B tests, and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement
