Role Overview:

Candidate is responsible for managing client(s) and Service delivery of General Ledger processes & reporting. The other responsibilities of are Project Management, New processClient Transition, Managing teams, Training Development Performance appraisal of team members, Managing quality, System testing.

Role & responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities include the following:
- Handle book-keeping/accounting activities, finalization, Reconciliations & Reporting of General Ledger activities.
- Set explicit team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines and monitor performance.
- Complete meeting with Teams Weekly/Monthly/Colleague Connect Meetings.
- Ensure the team you are a member of delivers the required levels of service performance to clients.
- Help coach and train other colleagues to achieve the required levels of performance and productivity.
- Complete performance reviews of the team and take appropriate corrective actions to maintain efficiency level.




- Manage Underperformance Issues through PIP.
- Manage Level 1, Level 2 (G1 and G2 colleagues).
- Keep Attrition in control etc..
- Develop and maintain effective client relationship.
- Ensure all work meets with the SLA/Compliance requirements of the business and client.
- Support with the creation and updates of standard operating procedures and processes.
- Hold weeklymonthlyquarterly service calls with clients with the defined business minimum standards.
- Ensure Service failures are reported immediately and that the appropriate investigation and corrective actions are applied.
- To immediately respond to any client escalations, supporting the resolution of the problem and implementing the necessary preventative actions.
- Identify opportunities to up or UP/cross sell to existing clients.
- Complete Transition independently of new processes from existing and new clients.
