Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities across HoReCa, QSRs, catering, private labeling, and contract manufacturing segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings,



presenting product offerings, and negotiating commercial terms. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining solid client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams for customized product requirements and timely delivery. The position also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic sales planning and revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
- Minimum 2 Years of HoReCa sales experience. Frozen sales experience is added advantage.
- Candidates should possess solid Business acumen and understanding of B2B sales in food or FMCG sectors.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills to maintain and grow client relationships.
