Key Responsibilities
- Lead design & development of ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM modules.
- Build & customize Service Catalogs, workflows, integrations.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Conduct Discovery, CMDB, automation, and integrations with enterprise tools.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain documentation, testing strategies, and user training.

Key Skills
- ServiceNow ITOM (mandatory), ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery
- Custom Applications, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide APIs
- Advanced scripting (ACLs, UI Policies, Workflow Activities)
- MID Server, Pattern Designer, Service Graph Connector
- Integration with monitoring tools & cloud apps (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Knowledge of ITIL framework & IT operations concepts
- ServiceNow CSA & CAD Certification
