About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal

Associate
to manage corporate legal matters while supporting HR operations.

This role involves
70% Legal responsibilities
and
30% HR Generalist

activities
. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in corporate

legal compliance, contract management, employment laws, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Responsibilities (70%)
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, NDAs, vendor

contracts, service agreements, and employment contracts.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation, policies, and corporate records.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on legal notices, disputes, and litigation

matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal guidance to management.




- Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Support contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations, and statutory compliances.

HR Generalist Responsibilities (30%)
- Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, warning

letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with performance management, employee engagement, and policy

implementation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team for HR-related

processes.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and employment documentation.
- Support internal HR audits and compliance activities.
