We are seeking a Product Designer to design intuitive tools for complex, data-heavy workflows. In this role, you will own features from initial concept through to final production, ensuring our enterprise users can work efficiently.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design:Lead the full product design process, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Simplify Complex Workflows:Translate intricate business logic and large datasets into transparent, scalable interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Product Managers to define requirements and work closely with Engineers to ensure precise implementation.
- Design System Maintenance:Utilize and contribute to our centralized Figma design system to ensure consistency
- User-Centric Iteration:Gather insights from user feedback and data analytics to continuously improve the live product.
Requirements
- Experience:
1+ years of product design experience, with a specific focus on B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or complex software.
- Software Proficiency:Advanced knowledge of Figma, including auto-layout, components, and prototyping.
- Portfolio:A portfolio demonstrating a structured problem-solving process for complex user tasks (such as dashboards, data tables, or admin panels).
- Technical Understanding:A solid grasp of front-end capabilities (HTML, CSS, and component frameworks) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Communication:Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
