We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of HR-related data.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events and activities.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee feedback programs.




- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring and workforce planning requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
- Stay updated with HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive.
- Experience in IT or agency recruitment is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with HRMS software is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
