Job Summary
We are looking for a
highly experienced Automation Testing professional
to provide technical and delivery leadership for automation initiatives across Digital Banking applications.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Web, Mobile, and API test automation, solid hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and
AI-powered testing solutions.
This role will drive automation strategy, establish engineering best practices, oversee delivery quality, mentor high-performing teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of automation programs in an Agile environment.
Job Responsibilties
1. Own and drive enterprise-wide automation testing initiatives a
cross Web, Mobile, API, and Digital Banking applications.
2. Define and execute the automation roadmap aligned with business objectives and engineering standards.
3. Architect, design, and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust automation frameworks u
sing Playwright and industry best practices.
