Senior Director - Product Development and Delivery

This is a

You will own the
end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS products

1. Product Delivery & Execution Excellence
- Own delivery of multiple product lines and client implementations
- Establish predictable, scalable release cycles with solid governance
- Drive on-time, high-quality releases across global customers

2. Engineering Leadership & Team Building
- Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Mentor senior technical leaders and groom future leadership

3. Client-Centric Delivery
- Partner directly with enterprise clients to understand business needs
- Drive solutioning,



customizations, and issue resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

4. Technology & Architecture Oversight
- Provide leadership across
.NET, Azure, microservices, and enterprise SaaS architecture
- Drive adoption of best practices in scalability, security, and performance
- Align engineering practices with long-term platform vision

5. Quality, Process & Operational Excellence
- Establish strong QA, DevOps, and release management frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery metrics and efficiency
- Implement scalable processes for a growing global organization

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams
- Align delivery priorities with business and product strategy

8+ years in engineering/delivery leadership roles
