About the Role

we're building AI-powered sales infrastructure that helps enterprises drive better customer conversations and business outcomes. We are looking for a Head of Finance who will act as a strategic partner to the Founder, leadership team, and Board, providing financial insight, robust systems, and strong governance to enable sustainable growth. We are looking for a finance operator who can bring strong financial governance, clean reporting, business finance depth, strategic planning, and decision support together. The ideal person will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup setting, working closely with founders and business leaders, and bringing financial discipline without slowing down business momentum.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Founders, Business Heads, and functional leaders to drive financial strategy, business planning, capital allocation, and data-driven decision-making.
