The Chance

We're looking for a Senior Director, Strategic Growth to become a trusted advisor to executive leaders across some of the nation's largest health plans. This role combines the structured thinking of a management consultant, the commercial acumen of an enterprise executive, and the ownership mindset of a startup builder.

You'll own strategic opportunities from initial executive engagement through long-term partnership development.



More importantly, you'll help customers identify where AI can fundamentally transform their operations, build the business case for change, align diverse stakeholders, and guide organizations from vision to execution.

Success in this role isn't measured solely by revenue. It's measured by your ability to build trust, influence executive thinking, uncover enterprise-wide opportunities, and create lasting partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.
