Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid marketing, campaign optimization, data analysis, and ROAS improvement. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, increasing brand visibility, and maximizing return on ad spend through strategic campaign planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Manage paid campaigns for E-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and the brand's Shopify website.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Quick Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other Q-commerce channels.




- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
- Develop monthly campaign calendars aligned with business objectives and promotional events.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for visibility campaigns, banner placements, deals, and promotional activities.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize sales and profitability.
- Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and remarketing opportunities through data-driven strategies.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, banners, videos, and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
