▸ Develop Concept Designs for special-purpose machines, automation systems, and robotic solutions as per customer requirements and project briefs.
▸ Prepare Geometric Designs, translating concept layouts into accurate preliminary form-and-fit models.
▸ Produce detailed Ready-for-Manufacturing CAD designs in SolidWorks (or equivalent) — including assemblies, sub-assemblies, and detailed part drawings — ensuring full manufacturing readiness before release.
▸ Generate and maintain Control Diagrams (electrical/PLC logic schematics) and Pneumatic Circuit Diagrams for all projects.
▸ Consult with the Service Team for any design changes or specification amendments on already-delivered machines, ensuring feasibility, backward compatibility, and change impact assessment.
B. Technical Documentation
▸ Prepare and maintain Operating Manuals for all designed machines, keeping them current with any design or specification revisions.
▸ Develop Quality Assembly Plans (QAP) in coordination with the production and quality teams.
▸ Create and maintain a Document Spiral — an indexed, version-controlled register of all drawings, documents, diagrams, and files associated with each project.
▸ Prepare and maintain FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) documentation files in coordination with the Operations Team.
▸ Back up all critical customer emails and company commitments regularly in the designated company system.
▸ Prepare all other necessary project documents as required by the project plan or reporting manager.
▸ Submit the End-of-Month Report on the stipulated due date every month without exception.
C. Data Management & Design Confidentiality
▸ Maintain complete back-ups of all drawings, designs, control diagrams, and project documents on the company's designated drive/server as per defined protocols.
▸ Strictly adhere to the company's Design Confidentiality Policy — no proprietary designs, drawings, or technical data sh
