What You'll Do:
- Define and drive the overall architecture, design, and modernization strategy for enterprise mainframe applications and platforms.
- Lead technical solution design, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams working with COBOL, CICS, DB2, IMS, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams,



and solution architects to deliver integrated and efficient technology solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend modernization approaches, and oversee successful implementation of mainframe transformation initiatives.

Expertise you will bring:
- Extensive experience in Mainframe architecture, application design, and enterprise-scale solution delivery using COBOL, CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, and z/OS technologies.
- Strong expertise in defining architecture roadmaps, modernization strategies, cloud integration, and legacy system transformation initiatives.
