Role Description
The Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full time hybrid role based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on identifying and onboarding brands and agencies that can leverage KOLPlanet’s influencer marketing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating commercial terms.



The manager will collaborate with internal teams to design tailored influencer campaign solutions, track performance against sales targets, and provide ongoing account support. This role also involves monitoring market trends in influencer marketing, gathering client feedback, and helping refine KOLPlanet’s offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals with brand and agency partners.
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media campaign management, preferably within a tech or marketing platform environment.
- Solid relationship-building and account management capabilities, with a track record of maintaining long-term client partnerships.
