1. As an L3 Identity Protection Engineer, you will:
- Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Protection solutions across complex hybrid IT environments.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for identity protection platforms,
resolving complex incidents and ensuring high availability of critical identity services.
- Implement and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using CyberArk and support secure privileged identity operations.
- Manage and support Microsoft PKI (ADCS), Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) solutions.
- Develop automation and integration solutions using PowerShell, REST APIs, Custom Connectors, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Azure DevOps.
- Support and enhance identity protection technologies including CrowdStrike Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) and enterprise identity security platforms.
- Integrate identity protection solutions with enterprise platforms such as Splunk and ServiceNow for monitoring, automation, and incident management.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation of complex identity protection issues.
