Role Description
The Psychologist at Tazen will provide evidence-based psychological services to clients, including individual counseling, mental health consultations, and therapeutic interventions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting clinical interviews, administering and interpreting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate, confidential case records.
The Psychologist will collaborate with other professionals on the platform when appropriate, contribute to client education on mental health topics, and uphold ethical standards and local regulations. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, requiring consistent availability for scheduled sessions and occasional internal meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply psychological theories and evidence-based practices in a clinical setting.
- Competence in Counseling, including rapport building, empathic listening, and delivering appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Proficiency in Psychological Assessment, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standard tools relevant to the role.
