This role is designed for a seasoned qualified with minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in performing vigilance reviews, audits, and investigations within the Indian public sector (PSUs, Government Departments, Subsidiaries of PSU or Autonomous Bodies).

Role Overview

As an Individual Contributor (IC), you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of vigilance functions, ensuring organizational integrity, transparency, and compliance with the guidelines of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) and the parent Reserve Bank of India. You will act as a subject matter expert in identifying "vigilance angles" in complex operational and financial transactions. You will be assisting CVO in promoting integrity, transparency and ethical practices across the organization by assisting in investigations, monitoring compliance, preventing fraud, misconduct and irregularities.

1. Preventive Vigilance & Systemic Improvements
- Identify sensitive/corruption-prone spots within the organization and monitor personnel in these areas.
- Examine existing procedures to eliminate factors that provide opportunities for malpractices.
- Propose remedial measures and systemic improvements to enhance operational transparency.
