About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to build strategic partnerships with co-working spaces across Pune. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting business owners, presenting solutions, building relationships, and onboarding partners.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with co-working spaces across Pune.
Schedule meetings with owners and decision-makers.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships.




Present our business solution and partnership model.
Negotiate commercial terms and complete partner onboarding.
Collect required business information and documentation.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Provide market insights and competitor feedback.

Preferred Experience
1-4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Client Acquisition.
Candidates with prior experience in the co-working industry will be given preference.
Existing relationships with co-working space owners, operators, or managers in Pune will be a strong advantage.
Experience in commercial real estate, managed office providers, versatile workspace companies, startups, or business communities is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with daily field visits across Pune.
