THE ROLE
As a Manufacturing Firmware Developer, you will ensure the production readiness of our revolutionary DirectFlash® Module (DFM) by bridging the gap between design and high-volume global shipping. You will collaborate with Hardware, Systems, and Manufacturing teams to mission-critical firmware that enables the latest NAND technologies. Your goal is to optimize the manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring our proprietary enterprise storage solutions are delivered with industry-leading quality and performance.

What You’ll Do
- Enable Production Readiness: Design and release firmware features—including FW load, NAND die communication,



and PCIe resets—to support high-volume manufacturing milestones.
- Architect Manufacturing Solutions: Develop embedded solutions within the firmware to transition complex DFM designs into scalable, effective production processes.
- Ensure Code Quality: Implement and test DFM firmware using C/C++ and Python, focusing on low-level hardware interfaces and media management.
- Drive Automation: Build and maintain internal automation frameworks, including continuous integration and automated regression testing, to accelerate the release cycle.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with hardware and system software teams to perform hardware bring-up and debug system-level integration issues.
