Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of coding assessment solutions for technical hiring across early-career and experienced talent. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation with hands-on software development experience, followed by a proven track record in product management within B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for coding assessment products.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and optimization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Content, and Data Science teams to build scalable and reliable assessment experiences.
- Conduct customer, user, and market research to identify product opportunities and emerging trends.
- Define and track product KPIs including assessment completion rates, candidate experience, customer adoption, and business impact.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, data insights, and business objectives.




- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market and product adoption initiatives.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes effectively to business and technology stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development or engineering experience (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience (mandatory).
- Experience managing B2B SaaS, developer platform, or technology products.
- Strong expertise in Product Strategy, Roadmap Planning, Product Discovery, and Agile methodologies.
- Positive understanding of technical hiring, programming languages, software development lifecycles, and developer workflows.
