About the Role

Henna Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 2–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare and record journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns).
- Perform GST reconciliation with books of accounts and vendor/customer data.
- Deduct, deposit, and reconcile TDS as per applicable tax laws.




- Prepare and file TDS returns and issue TDS certificates.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial data as required by management.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
