Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly EWS triggers across all portfolios.
- Review system-generated alerts and assess their relevance and risk level.
- Maintain accurate records of alerts, investigations and actions taken.
- Ensure timely closure, investigation and documentation of all EWS cases.
- Recommend accounts for upgrade to Red Flagged Account (RFA) status and complete the required reporting.
- Coordinate with Business, Credit, Client, Legal, and other teams for resolution.
- Ensure prompt action on high-risk accounts and escalate unresolved cases to senior management.
- Follow up on corrective measures and monitor implementation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly EWS dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with internal EWS policy and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in periodic review of EWS parameters.
- Identify opportunities for automation processes.
- Regulatory reporting i.e. CIMS/RBI/NSE/BSE/NeSL/CICs.
- Maintain and update large MIS reports to support analysis.
