Job Summary

REAL Group – GK TMT is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Functional Support Executive to support and manage ERP modules across Sales, Purchase, and HRMS. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in ERP functional support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for ERP modules (Sales, Purchase & HRMS)
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues
- Understand business processes and perform system configuration
- Coordinate with development teams/vendors for ERP enhancements
- Troubleshoot system integrations and maintain data consistency
- Optimize workflows and improve ERP performance
- Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth ERP operations

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Sales,



Purchase & HR business processes
- Knowledge of HTML, APIs, and Web Applications
- Familiarity with Oracle D2K (Forms & Reports)
- Knowledge of Linux (KUbuntu OS)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP Functional Support or Enterprise System Support
