We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and qualify potential clients for our BPO, Virtual Assistant, Accounting Support, and IT Services. The ideal candidate should have excellent research skills, experience with LinkedIn and CRM tools, and a passion for building sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, and other lead-generation tools.
- Collect accurate contact information for decision-makers (CEO, Founder, Operations Manager, HR, CFO, etc.).
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and handing over qualified leads.
- Maintain CRM with updated lead information and activity.
- Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Generate daily and weekly lead generation reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and remove duplicate or outdated records.

Required Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Lead Generation or Sales Research.




- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar tools.
- Strong internet research and data mining skills.
- Positive communication and written English.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience generating B2B leads for US, Canada, UK, or Australian markets.
- Understanding of BPO, Accounting, IT Services, or Virtual Assistant industries is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Generate 80 to 100 qualified leads per day
- Maintain 95%+ data accuracy
- Schedule 15 to 20 qualified appointments per month
- Maintain CRM updates within 24 hours
- Achieve target lead quality as defined by the sales team
