Scope
- This is a technical position within a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions SaaS Product Company and one of Glassdoor's "Best Places to Work." The role requires an astute individual with a solid technical foundation who can collaborate with a broader engineering team to drive the development, deployment cycle, and implementation of industry best practices.

Key Focus Areas
- Customer Implementation & Support: Providing functional and technical support during customer upgrades, deployments, and rollouts, and maintaining positive relationships by resolving conflicts and managing expectations.
- Deep Technical Troubleshooting: Working closely with solution experts for complex issue resolution, including code development, and continuous learning on the latest planning solutions.
- SaaS Product Enablement: Bringing in ideas for automation, features, and service improvements, and setting up new product features for deployed customers. Essential Requirements (Experience & Technical Stack):
- Experience: 6+ years in the Software/SaaS industry,



3+ years in the supply chain domain, and experience with customer support in Supply Chain software.
- Mandatory Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of database programming using Oracle SQL/MS SQL, operating systems (UNIX, Windows), programming (e.g., C#, ASP.Net), and scripting languages (Unix Shell, Python, Perl, etc.).
- Domain Preference: Ideal candidates will have technical/demonstrable experience with Blue Yonder Planning Suite solutions, specifically SCPO (ESP, Demand, Fulfillment, Promotions, Inventory Optimization, etc.).
- Soft Skills: The role requires excellent communication, strong multi-tasking, the ability to work calmly under pressure, and a self-motivated, quick-learner mindset, often involving flexible work hours to meet customer escalations.
