Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing – MarCom role based in Thane. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their communication and marketing needs, and coordinating internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client briefs, preparing proposals, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet agreed expectations and quality standards.



The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to create new business decks, strategy presentations and milestone presentations for clients. Therefore research and presentation is a key skill required to fulfil the role's expectations.

Qualifications
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in marketing communications, advertising, or integrated communication agencies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Basic certification and working knowledge of Claude, Canva and Sigma
