Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counselor to guide students in choosing the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding educational programs and admission procedures.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and payment options.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the admissions team for document collection and enrollment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with program offerings and admission policies.

Required Skills
