Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for cross-functional product and platform teams. The ideal candidate will enable teams to deliver business value through effective Scrum facilitation, Agile coaching, impediment resolution, dependency management, delivery governance, and continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Agile Coaches, Engineering teams, Business Stakeholders, and Delivery Managers to ensure sprint readiness, predictable delivery, release planning, and continuous enhancement of Agile maturity.
Required Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Agile project delivery.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience managing cross-functional Agile teams.
- Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in enterprise environments.
- Experience working with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD, and production release activities.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for Agile delivery management.
