Role Description
The Agency Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kakinada, responsible for developing and managing the agency distribution network. The role involves recruiting,



onboarding, and mentoring agency partners, ensuring they are trained in need-based selling and compliant with regulatory and company guidelines. The manager will set and monitor sales targets, track performance metrics, and support partners in achieving business goals through regular reviews and coaching. Daily activities include market development, field visits, joint calls with agency partners, and organizing local training and engagement initiatives to drive sustainable growth in life insurance business. The role also includes close collaboration with internal sales, operations, and customer service teams to maintain a high standard of customer experience.
