About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
System Administrator
to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise server infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for server administration, virtualization, identity and access management, system security, automation, backup management, and ensuring high availability of critical IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities




- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
- Administer and support Windows Server and Linux operating systems (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu, and CentOS).
- Manage Active Directory (AD), Identity & Access Management (IAM), user accounts, and access permissions.
- Apply system patches, updates, and security hardening to maintain a secure infrastructure.
- Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and system health to ensure maximum uptime.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.
- Perform regular health checks, log monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage enterprise backup solutions, scheduled jobs, and disaster recovery processes.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.
