- Manage Shifts: Schedule nurses' shifts, assign daily duties, and ensure adequate coverage across all units.
- Supervise & Mentor: Guide and mentor less experienced nursing staff, providing support and ongoing training.
- Evaluate Performance: Conduct regular staff reviews, identify areas for improvement, and handle any disciplinary actions or counseling when necessary.
- Recruitment: Assist the human resources team in hiring and onboarding recent team members. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Oversee Patient Care: Coordinate resident/patient care plans, treatments, and ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
