Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & manpower planning
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Performance management and employee engagement
- Training & development
- HR compliance and policy implementation
- MIS and HR reporting
Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 4–8 years of HR experience (automobile/dealership experience preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
