Role Description
The Procurement Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities to support HummingBird’s operations and growth. This full-time,



on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves handling purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, negotiating pricing and contracts within defined guidelines, and aligning procurement decisions with budget and quality requirements. The Procurement Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs, analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities, and support continuous improvement in procurement processes. The individual will also assist in implementing procurement policies, ensuring compliance, and contributing to productive vendor management.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and procurement best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Purchase Orders and Purchase Management, including documentation,
