Job Description
We are seeking an
Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing
to manage our social media presence, execute digital marketing campaigns, and support creative content development across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Create social media creatives using Canva and relevant applications
- Edit short marketing and promotional videos for digital platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Develop and manage content calendars and campaign schedules
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports
- Support lead generation activities and digital marketing funnels

Requirements




- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Practical experience with Canva and relevant applications (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools for short-form content
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)

Preferred Skills
- Creative mindset with robust attention to design and visuals
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing is an added advantage
