The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure. With a focus on providing timely and efficient solutions, the Service Desk role is vital in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service desk operations, a passion for technology, and excellent communication skills.
- Provide first-line technical support and assistance to internal and external clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and their resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Perform regular system checks and monitor IT infrastructure for potential issues.




- Document and update knowledge base articles to improve self-service support.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures.
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
- 3-6 years of overall technical experience, with a focus on service desk operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Desktop, and Laptop support.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow or similar ITIL toolsets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in night shifts to support US client operations.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
- Basic understanding of networking and security concepts.
